Director

As the Director of Wezi Tech Institute of Technology, I oversee the strategic vision and direction of the institute. I lead a diverse team of instructors, IT technicians, marketing professionals, and corporate members. My role involves:

  • Developing and managing the online courses offered, including software engineering, network engineering, and entrepreneurship.

  • Facilitating partnerships and collaborations to expand the institute's reach.

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the online learning platform and the overall student experience.

  • Supervising the creation of engaging educational content and assessments for students.

  • Coordinating with the tech team to maintain a user-friendly, efficient online environment for learning and communication.

  • Directing marketing efforts to increase enrollment and build brand awareness.

During my tenure, I have also been instrumental in launching several AI-powered projects, including SmartInstructor, an AI-based teaching assistant.

College Lecturer

As a Lecturer at Vision Rave Centre in Maseru, I held full responsibility for the instructional delivery and curriculum development for a suite of information technology courses, specializing in foundational programming and web technologies. I facilitated learning for a diverse student body by employing differentiated instruction to meet individual learning objectives and guided them through the entire software development lifecycle for projects ranging from simple console applications to dynamic web pages. In this capacity, I was instrumental in fulfilling the institution's mission to provide high-quality, accessible technology education to the local community

Web Developer

At ProAce International Inc, I served as both a Web Developer and Project Manager for the MoverzFax website project. The website was developed using PHP and included a range of functionalities to streamline the service for users. My role involved managing the development cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the project was completed on time and within budget. I was responsible for both back-end and front-end development, ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient server-side operations.
